    I have come here so much and never had a problem. yesterday i went in and was appalled with the service i received. first i was told that i cannot claim the points on my card due to it being unregistered. okay fair enough, this would be the case if i had been told when i got my card that i needed to go online to register it. i have used it continiously for over a year and nobody had told me that i needed to register it. second i used my card and although chatime has a 10 dollar card limit i have used it there before for purhases under the 10 dollars. and as i let the cashier know, i was happy to pay the extra money. knowing this is the only shop in newcastle i will be going back because i enjoy the drinks so much but if this wasn't the case i would not be coming back to spend money at this shop. Upset, dissapointed and very unsatisfied.

    Usully on the ball and delicious , nothing wrong with the service the wait was lengthy with only 2 people ahead of me ... as it was closing time but still got the Taro milk tea and Chai milk tea half ice and pretty sure only half the flavouring got home approx 10 mins away and they both tasted like flavoured water Taro still had blobs of powder in there ... waste of $14t
